The Santa Rosa de Lima Academy began as an elementary Catholic school in 1959-1960. It was founded by the Dominican Fathers in response to the population growth needs of the town of Bayamón. As part of the educational system of the Catholic Church, it aspires to fully develop students in their spiritual, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and civic dimensions, which allow them to be productive and creative citizens.
